Environmental Control – out door comfort – live in a warm humid climate is only pleasent if there is a breeze, if there is shade and protection from rain. The building allows for maximum ‘wind transparency’ (relative to the given functional requirements), shade all day long by the roof overhangs and the newly planted trees.
